I use Xero — how long does it take to set up EzzyBills?
I use Xero and need comprehensive bill and PO matching. How long does setup take?
You can start using the default workflow in about five minutes to process bills and match them with existing purchase orders in Xero.
For more advanced or customised bill and PO matching requirements, you can follow our user guide or contact the EzzyBills support team for setup assistance.
I use Simpro and want to bring expense data into Simpro. How do I get started?
Start by signing up for a free trial and connecting your EzzyBills account to Simpro. Once connected, you can upload a bill and begin processing expenses immediately. EzzyBills can receipt the bill against a matching purchase order in Simpro.
If there is no matching PO, or if you need a different process, we can help you set up a workflow that fits your requirements. The EzzyBills sales team will contact you to discuss your setup and any custom workflows you may need.
I want to extract specific data from documents that aren't invoices or receipts. How do I start?
Login to your EzzyBills account, go to Automation (AI) > AI Extract, describe what data to extract, upload a sample document, and see the result. Test more documents. Once satisfied, publish this task. Then add this task to your workflow. Then whenever you need to process a document of this type, upload it to this workflow .
