These prices apply to both new subscriptions and renewals. 

Your Dedicated Account Manager gets to know your business and acts as your single point of contact for everything you need. Instead of navigating support queues or repeating your context to a new person each time, you’ll have a consistent expert who understands your goals, anticipates your needs, and proactively flags opportunities to get more value from our platform.

They’ll periodically review your account, workflows, and custom tasks to make sure everything’s running smoothly, and meet with your team for retraining or updates if required.

From onboarding through ongoing strategy, your Dedicated Account Manager works alongside you to solve problems quickly and make sure you’re always set up for success.

Account management is tailored to the complexity of your setup. We offer five levels of support, ranging from light-touch check-ins to deep, hands-on partnership — so the more customized your workflows, the more frequently we’re reviewing, refining, and meeting with your team. Your plan determines which level you start at, and we’re always happy to walk you through what each tier includes in more detail.

If your account’s automatic billing is active, EzzyBills may automatically renew your subscription when either the subscription period expires or your remaining document quota falls below 100 documents.

If a renewal is triggered by a low document quota (rather than the end of a subscription period), any unused documents from the current subscription will be carried forward to the renewed subscription.

If Your account’s Billing Status is not set to Automatic Billing Active, EzzyBills may send You a renewal notification. To renew Your subscription, You must log in to Your account and buy a subscription manually. 

EzzyBills does not currently offer monthly subscription plans.

However, if a lower-tier plan meets your requirements, you can subscribe to that plan and continue using it as needed. When the included document quota is exhausted, the subscription will automatically renew (provided Automatic Billing is enabled), ensuring uninterrupted access to the service.

To disable automatically renewal, login Ezzybills, go to Settings > Subscription > “Cancel Billing“.
