02. Archive Xero Bill Attachments to Dropbox

Overview
The XeroToDropboxBillArchiver application allows you to automatically download and archive all bill attachments from Xero for a specified year, and upload them to Dropbox.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Ensure your Dropbox is connected to EzzyBills otherwise connect your Dropbox to your EzzyBills account
   
2. Access the App
   • Navigate to Apps > AI Apps.
   • Click on XeroToDropboxBillArchiver.
     
3. Enter the Desired Year
   • In the provided text box, enter the year for which you want to extract bill attachments from Xero.
4. Run the Process
   • Click the Run button to start the process.
     
5. View Logs
   • Once the process starts, a blob file will be generated in the dashboard where you can check the progress.
     
   • The log will contain:
     • The number of invoices processed.
     • Any invoices without attachments.
     • General processing information.
       
6. Confirm Completion
   • After the Dropbox upload is complete, the log will include the message:
     [INFO] Dropbox upload completed.
