Q48 How to covert from Xero app billing to EzzyBills billing?

This is an important update about your EzzyBills subscription.
Previously, your subscription with EzzyBills has been billed through Xero. Xero has announced that this billing method will be discontinued at the end of June 2026. To continue using EzzyBills without interruption, you’ll need to switch to direct billing with EzzyBills before this date (30/06/26).

What you need to do (please follow the guide below):

1. Cancel your current subscription in your Xero account
2. Set up your new annual subscription with Ezzybills directly.
   You can do this by logging into your EzzyBills Account, clicking “Buy,” select the relevant plan, and then “Pay with Card.”

If no action is taken before the end of June, your access to EzzyBills may be interrupted.

How to cancel your Xero subscription and purchase a new subscription with EzzyBills?

To cancel Xero billing details:

1. Login to Xero, go to “Setting” > “Connected Apps” > choose “EzzyBills”

2. Go to “App Store subscriptions”.

• Click EZZYBILLS to view and manage subscription.

How to Purchase a New Subscription in EzzyBills

To purchase a new subscription in EzzyBills please:

1. Login to EzzyBills, go to Buy > Select the desired plan (please see below for conversions) > Pay with Card

2. Convert Xero monthly subscription to EzzyBills annual subscription

Note: for Xero billings, you will need to go to your Xero to manage your subscription. Our EzzyBills team have no access to your Xero billing.

How to pay subscription?

If you start EzzyBills trial via Xero, you will have 14 days free trial, with a document limit of 100. After the trial expires, you will receive an email notification. To subscribe:

• login to EzzyBills (go to your Xero, then click the app launcher icon, choose EzzyBills).
• click “Buy” menu.

Review the pricing plans displayed. 

1. The first two plans for Small and Medium are for a single company only. 

2. The Multi-Company 50 and Multi-Company 100 plans are designed for users who need to share one subscription across multiple Xero companies. 

Note: Multiple plan options are available for each supported currency. 

Select your plan: 

Click “Select plan” → “Confirm plan”. 

How to use multi-company subscription?

You shall use “Multi-Company 50” or “Multi-Company 100” if you want to share subscription with multiple Xero companies.

To do so,

1. Login to the first xero company, go to EzzyBills via App Launcher 9-dots icon. Once in EzzyBills, click “Buy”, and choose “Multi-Company 50” or “Multi-Company 100” and pay.

2. login to EzzyBills for the first Xero company, click “Settings”, click “Add New Account to …” to create all other EzzyBills accounts (once each time – connect to the corresponding xero company). These accounts will be covered by the subscription for the first Xero company you set up.
