Statement Reconciliation Workflow – with AI Task

Summary

Normally, a statement workflow consists tasks: Start > Stmt Init > Stmt Reconciliation > Finish.

To able to add additional AI tasks,

• Set up a different statement workflow, consisting tasks: Start > Statement Extract > Stmt Reconciliation > Finish.
• Duplicate this workflow and add your AI task: Start > Statement Extract > “Your AI Task” > Stmt Reconciliation > Finish

How to Set up?

Login EzzyBills, go to Workflows, change the type to “Statement Workflows” (screenshot).

Step 1: Create a statement workflow

If your account does not have any statement workflow, click “New Workflow” > “Create workflow from template” > choose “create from templates” and choose “statement reconciliation workflow”. It may consist these tasks: Start > Stmt Init > Stmt Reconciliation > Finish.

Step 2: Modify the statement workflow ( to include “Statement Extract” task)

Once you have one statement workflow in your account, check to see if it consists these tasks: Start > Statement Extract > Stmt Reconciliation > Finish. If not, duplicate this one and add the correct tasks (Start > Statement Extract > Stmt Reconciliation > Finish), save and make this new workflow active.

Step 3: Create the 2nd statement workflow, to include an AI task

Duplicate the statement workflow, add your task. This new workflow should consists: Start > Statement Extract > “Your AI Task” > Stmt Reconciliation > Finish.

How to create your AI task?

There is a global AI task, named “Statement Invoice number” with task id 105818. View its description and use this as the starting point to create a new one. Go to Automation (AI) > AI Task to view existing (Manage Tasks) or create a new one.
