Dropbox Integration Setup

Overview

Integrate EzzyBills with Dropbox and you will be able to automate document processing by just uploading files in your Dropbox folder!

I. Connect EzzyBills to Dropbox

1) In EzzyBills, click Apps in the left side menu, scroll down to find Dropbox and click Connect

2) Follow the prompts to authorise the Dropbox connection with EzzyBills

3) Once setup is done, you should be able to:

• Upload files into Dropbox – these files will be automatically processed in EzzyBills (See details in Section II below)

The integration should have created 2 new folders in Dropbox namely, “EzzyBillsUpload” and “EzzyBillsDone”

• Export documents from EzzyBills to Dropbox – See EzzyBills Workflow Export to Dropbox

II. Uploading Documents to Dropbox for Automated Processing in EzzyBills

1) The EzzyBillsUpload folder is where we upload documents and get them processed automatically to EzzyBills

• Simply drag & drop files to the EzzyBillsUpload folder (the files will be processed by EzzyBills in about a minute and they will be removed from this folder and sent to EzzyBillsDone folder)

2) After the files are processed in EzzyBills, you should see them in the EzzyBillsDone folder

3) Lastly, verify your processed documents in EzzyBills: login to EzzyBills, go to the Dashboard and you will find these new documents – see sample on screenshot below
