Set up EzzyBills trial & Connect to ServiceTitan

Step 1: Set Up an EzzyBills Trial Account

Go to www.ezzybills.com and click Try for Free. Follow the prompts to create your account, and make sure to select Integrate With ServiceTitan during the setup process.

Step 2: Provide Your ServiceTitan Tenant ID for Connection

1. Email your ServiceTitan Tenant ID to support@ezzydoc.com to request access.
2. Send an email directly to integrations@servicetitan.com requesting that they add your Tenant ID to the EzzyBills app (App ID: gn6qtir9hjbl0).
3. Once you receive confirmation from the ServiceTitan integration team that your Tenant ID has been added to the allowlist for App ID gn6qtir9hjbl0, you can proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Connect EzzyBills with ServiceTitan

• Log in to your ServiceTitan account. 
• Navigate to Settings → Integrations → API Application Access, then click the Connect New App button.

• From the pop-up list of available applications, select EzzyBills.

• After connecting the App, Click Allow Access.

• Note* you will need to choose some mandatory fields below

Step 4: Generate and Copy Your API Credentials

After allowing access, you must generate and save the credentials needed to link the two systems:

• Tenant ID: Ensure you have your main Tenant ID handy.
• Client ID: This will look like cid.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
• Client Secret: Click Generate to create your client secret. It will look like cs1.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Step 5: Complete the Connection Inside EzzyBills

1. Log back into your EzzyBills account.
2. Navigate to Apps → ServiceTitan, then click Connect.
3. Enter your ServiceTitan Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret into the connection fields.
4. Click Save to finalize the integration.
