02. Upload Quotes to Ascora via EzzyBills

EzzyBills includes functionality for creating quotes in Ascora.

This feature can also be utilized to create Purchase Orders (POs) in Ascora by converting the quote into a job and then generating a PO from that job.

Follow the steps below:

1. You Upload Quotes

You can upload quotes to EzzyBills in two simple ways:

1. Drag and Drop: Upload the quote file directly to EzzyBills.
2. Email: Send your quote to {your_ezzybills_username}.Quote@ezzybills.com

EzzyBills will process them and send them directly to Ascora.

2. EzzyBills Creates Quote in Ascora

A new quote is automatically created in Ascora with the following details:

• Items (parts and prices) included in the quote.
• The quote PDF will be attached to the quote record.
• The customer will be set to “Unknown Customer” by default.

If you want to convert the quote to purchase order, follow the instruction below

• Convert quote to job: click the Convert to Job button at the top of the quote, as highlighted in the screenshot. The job will be created from the quote within a few seconds.

• Create a Purchase Order from the Job: go to the “Supplies” tab and click on the “Create Purchase Orders” button, as shown in the screenshot.

• After clicking Create Purchase Orders, a pop-up will appear where you can add the supplier (Screenshot). Once done, click the Create Purchase Order button and the PO will be generated, as shown in the screenshot below.
