Using Agent to Generate Reports

In EzzyBills, Agents are workflows that can be run on schedule (rather than a normal workflow for document processing, which is triggered by a file upload).

1) Create an agentic Workflow

1. Go to Workflows > New Workflow > Choose from Template > Create Custom Workflow.
2. Drag in two more tasks to the workflow so it contains these tasks: Start > Run App > Stop App > Finish.  (Screenshot)
3. Rename the workflow — include “Agent” in the workflow name.
4. Edit the settings for the “Run App” task and include a JSON settings to specify the app to run (screenshot)
5. Save.

2) Create an Agent

Go to Workflows > Agent (tab) > New Agent: (screenshot)

• Choose the agentic workflow to execute.
• Choose the time and time interval to execute the agent.
• Make sure the time zone is correctly set (go to Settings > Account Settings > Time Zone to reset).

The agent will then run as requested.
